Hi, I’m Zoia — the hands and heart behind the fruit roll-ups and chips you see here.
I make them for you with care and love. And helping me every step of the way is my husband, Konstantin.
Together, we’re building a business born from our family’s story.

We’re a small family of six — mom, dad, and two pairs of twins — building a new life in a new land, with the same dream that started in our kitchen: to create something healthy, delicious, and made with love.

Our story begins far from California. My husband Konstantin is from Ukraine, and I’m from Russia. When the war began, our world changed overnight. The political and humanitarian crisis forced us to leave our home and everything familiar. We came to the United States with our four children, looking for safety, stability, and a new beginning.

And somehow, fruit roll-ups came with us.
Back in our home country, we started making healthy snacks for our kids — no added sugar, no preservatives, just real fruit. We wanted to give them something tasty that we could feel good about.

When we arrived in California, we started making fruit roll-ups again — just for our kids at first. But just like before, people around us fell in love with them. That little spark grew into a full-blown business.

Today, we make handcrafted fruit roll-ups and fruit chips in small batches using fresh fruit, gently baked apples, and a low-temperature dehydration process that preserves up to 98% of the vitamins and nutrients. It’s like biting into fresh fruit — only better, because it lasts longer and travels with you.

We now sell our products at five farmers markets across San Diego. But we wanted more people to enjoy our snacks — not just locals who visit the markets. That’s why we created this website:
