We’re Zoia and Konstantin, the husband-and-wife team behind EnjoyFruitRolls. Together with our four kids — yes, two sets of twins! — we turned a simple family tradition into something much bigger.

It all started in our kitchen. As parents, we wanted a snack that was healthy, natural, and fun for our kids to eat. No added sugar, no preservatives — just pure fruit, gently baked and crafted with care. Friends tried them, loved them, and kept asking for more. That’s when we realized we weren’t just making snacks — we were building a business.

Today, we handcraft fruit roll-ups and fruit chips in small batches here in San Diego. Using fresh fruit and a slow, low-temperature process, we preserve the flavor and up to 98% of the nutrients. It’s like enjoying fresh fruit — only more convenient and long-lasting.
